Website Committee

NAELS is looking for leaders and volunteer law students with web skills!!!

If you are interested in Chairing or being a member of the Website Committee, CLICK HERE to contact the NAELS Executive Director Dan Worth.

This year the website committee's role should/could change significantly to include more extensive projects. With the anticipated launch of the online Environmental Public Interest Center (EPIC) in January, the development of the Student Center for Environmental Legal Studies (SCELS) in the next two years, the need to increase web support for the Governing Board and Board of Directors, and the need to switch the responsibilities for web maintenance back to students, the committee will have many more responsibilities. As a result, the committee should:

  • Expand to include more student volunteers
  • Work with law schools or organizations to look for sustained professional support

Members of the Website Committee will learn about web publishing, interact with students and Directors, and work with law schools and professional organizations to solicit advertisements.
