In September of 2002, after building a critical mass of Members and appointing a distinguished Board of Directors, NAELS hired its first Executive Director, Dan Worth. Dan is currently in charge of efforts to implement the new NAELS Strategic Plan, raise funds, develop projects, hire additional staff, and generally develop the professional side of NAELS to provide students and ELS with much more extensive support.
